Castlederg GAA Parent and Child exercise programme

Castlederg GAA in partnership with Strabane District Council
commenced the Gaelic Start programme for children from primary 1 to primary 4
and free spinning and circuit classes for parents last Saturday in Derg Valley
Leisure Centre.
Gaelic Start is an innovative fun way of introducing children
to Gaelic games. It encourages children to develop their basic fundamental
movement skills of agility, balance and co ordination through activities at
different stations. For parents whilst your child takes part in the Gaelic
start programme you will be offered light spinning or circut classes.
This well structured and resourced programme will continue every Saturday morning
for the next five weeks in Derg Valley Leisure Centre from 10.30 to 11.15.
Everyone from the area is invited to come along and give this programme a try.
